- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I called to get some paperwork. They said i have to come into the branch, cant do it over the phone. 45 min drive there. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My Minor Children have accounts there. And use them from time to time . So what Chase does is put the accounts in a dormant status . So while you are waiting in line for 2- 5 ,mins they then tell you oh you must speak with a banker. You then get out of line go wait for a banker and then be seen this particular day I was seen by a woman with a beard named shawn. Whom was not concerned that I had been waiting in line and waiting on her for several mins. Please keep a few banks on hand and leave chase as an last option. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came in today to transfer money to my wife's account from my bank (different bank, thank God). They ran my card and told me that it declined. When I asked why they told me to call my bank and wouldn't give me a reason. When I called my bank I was told that they did a cash advance! Really? I came in for a transfer not a CASH ADVANCE! My limit was $500 for ATM. Before the transaction I wasn't notified that it would be a cash advance. When i asked to do another $500 I was told I reached my limit for ATM for that day from chase. Again, it should have been a transfer not a withdrawal then deposit. All of this went on with a rude attitude and bad vibe from the teller. When I asked to speak with a manager about this craziness the manager told me the same exact thing. I get it!!! But they did it WRONG which really inconvenienced me for the rest of the day. People, stay away from this branch. They make mistakes which can leave you in a mess (and won't admit or correct them). If you do visit them, confirm what they're doing before they do anything to your account.By Dmitriy P, October 01, 2016
